with a prosthetic space closed by mesioversion of 37.<\/p>\n<p>Surgery was performed, practicing the extraction of the mesialized tooth 48 and the placement of the three implants in 45-46-47, as well as extraction of the tooth in 35 for evident mobility and fracture with self-limited episodes of pain, and implant placement in 35.<br \/>35: 4.2 by 13 and Resonance Frequency (ISQ) of 69<br \/>45: 3.75 by 11.5 and ISQ of 75<br \/>46: 4.2 by 11.5 and ISQ of 80<br \/>47: 4.2 by 11.5 and ISQ of 76<\/p>\n<p>Implant loading 3 months after surgery and we performed a discharge splint.<br \/>Control
