class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h1 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\"><h4><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/h4><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e8998-e59 m6xy-o\"><p>La paciente acude a la cl\u00ednica con f\u00edstula en el diente 1.4. En el CBCT se observa un grosor adecuado de hueso vestibular. La paciente presenta una arquitectura gingival con papilas muy delgadas y altas. Por este motivo se opt\u00f3 por la realizaci\u00f3n de un implante inmediato post-extracci\u00f3n para minimizar cualquier cambio dimensional de las papilas de esa zona. Debido a la presencia de una infecci\u00f3n activa, 1 semana antes de la intervenci\u00f3n se le administro a la paciente una terapia antibi\u00f3tica con amoxicilina 875 mg con \u00e1cido clavul\u00e1mico 125 mg 3 veces al d\u00eda. \nEl d\u00eda de la cirug\u00eda, se realiz\u00f3 la extracci\u00f3n atraum\u00e1tica del diente, se descontamin\u00f3 la zona con un legrado mec\u00e1nico para eliminar cualquier tejido de granulaci\u00f3n. Seguidamente, se coloc\u00f3 un implante Vulkan de hex\u00e1gono interno de 3,75 mm de di\u00e1metro por 10 mm. Como se consigui\u00f3 unos valores correctos de estabilidad primaria se fabric\u00f3 un provisional inmediato sin oclusi\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s, se realiz\u00f3 una incisi\u00f3n en sobre por vestibular a espesor parcial hasta sobrepasar la zona de la f\u00edstula. Una vez realizada dicha incisi\u00f3n, se coloc\u00f3 un injerto de tejido conectivo y tambi\u00e9n se relleno el interior del alveolo con un material xenog\u00e9nico. Finalmente, se coloc\u00f3 la corona provisional sellando la entrada del alveolo.
